"Sometimes in life we are lucky to meet ordinary, everyday heroes. I would class Louise differently, she is an extraordinary, ordinary everyday hero! She does a hugely difficult job with boundless support, compassion, and empathy, for four legged and two legged alike. Did I think I would need her services a month ago, certainly not. But if our very precious dog Bruno was to have to go on his final walk, I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide him on his way. He's at peace now, and I'm more at peace for being with him to the last, in our own home, with nothing but birdsong, love and kindness in the air."

"Louise is the most compassionate and kind person.
Last Saturday she came to us as our beloved Pip was ready to go on the rainbow bridge and Louise helped her and she did everything for our Pip to be comfortable and also she was very kind with our children who were devastated because we had to let Pip go.
We thank you soooo much for everything Louise and the card we received today was so kind."

"Louise is such a caring vet, it was lovely for Benjy to be so cared for. It made a traumatic experience so much easier."

"Louise came to our house when Todd was facing his final journey.
I initially spoke to Louise when Todd received his diagnosis. She was kind, calm and empathetic. We spoke about his diagnosis, what I wanted for him and how she works.
After a few short weeks, we needed Louise to help Todd gain his wings. She was gentle with and loving to Todd and so kind to us. She encouraged us to take time with Todd and explained each step.
I especially appreciated that she wasn’t known to Todd, so he didn’t feel fear when he saw her. That was hugely important. I really recommend her to support anyone through this really difficult time. Thank you so much Louise."
